Classes link breath and movement together creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is cultivated through a series of poses or postures with specific physical benefits. While balancing the breath, you are able to calm the mind, becoming a bit closer to stillness.
Mom and Baby yoga classes helps to re-build strength and flexibilty while quieting the mind. This is an interactive class where both mom and baby get to enjoy themselves on the mat. Currently teaching at It's Yoga Kids.
Private yoga sessions are offered to help with proper alignment on an individual basis. Classes are taught in the privacy of your home or at the yoga studio.
